Certified Mint™

CERTIFIED MINT™ goods are open-box and lightly used, but otherwise in indistinguishable from brand-new, mint condition. They may have been returned because the buyer changed has mind, decided on a different size or finish, or otherwise found them unsuitable to their purpose. Alternatively, the product may have been opened by the dealer for demonstration to a prospective customer, or loaned out for in-home trial. All original accessories and packing materials are included.

Your satisfaction with condition of CERTIFIED MINT™ goods is guaranteed, or your money will be refunded in full, including the return shipping charges, upon receipt by us of the unsatisfactory item(s) in the same condition received and with all original packing and accessories.

CERTIFIED MINT™ goods are covered by the highly rated USA FACTORY WARRANTY™, which is equal or superior to the original factory warranty.

Gently Used™

Products in this category are lightly used in showroom condition. They are generally used for no more than several months, either in a dealer's showroom, or a buyer's home. All original packing and accessories are included.

In order to qualify for this level of certification, the product must be blemish-free, and perfect in appearance and function.

Your satisfaction with condition of GENTLY USED™ goods is guaranteed, or your money will be refunded in full, including the return shipping charges, upon receipt by us of the unsatisfactory item(s) in the same condition received and with all original packing and accessories.

Factory Refurbished

These goods have been returned to the manufacturer for some reason and are then resold. Most of the items have had some small defect that required them to be repaired. Examples of such defects are bad power supply, defective bulbs, damaged or missing accessories, non-functioning buttons, among others. These products may also have been returned due to damage to the carton during shipping, or simply because the original customer couldn't figure out how to correctly install it, and assumed it was broken. In all cases, the manufacturer determines and corrects any defects in the product and certifies that it now completely functional and operational.

Refurbished goods carry a factory warranty, however, it is often more limited in coverage than the original warranty included with brand-new products. Our certified FACTORY REFURBISHED goods are blemish-free unless specifically indicated otherwise.
